HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good evening! It turned out to be a beautiful afternoon as temperatures warmed into the 70’s and 80’s. Winds were light today as well with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures tonight stay mild in the upper 50’s to low 60’s. Cloud cover builds overnight as well and a few spotty showers are possible into tomorrow morning, mainly north of I-80. Temperatures tomorrow afternoon warm back into the low to mid 80’s ahead of a cold front. Scattered showers and thunderstorms look to develop late in the afternoon into the evening. A few of the storms could become strong to severe as most of the area is in a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for strong winds and hail being possible with any storm. There is a slight risk (level 2 of 5) across eastern Nebraska including Lincoln and Omaha
