HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Evening! It was a beautiful day today with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid 70’s. Warmer temperatures are expected tomorrow but tonight temperatures fall into the 50’s and 60’s. Isolated showers will be possible into tomorrow morning and might linger into the afternoon. After that skies clear out an temperatures warm into the low 80’s for most. We stay in the low to mid 80’s for the first day of Fall on Monday, but thunderstorm chances return Monday evening as a cold front moves through.

The Storm Prediction Center does have a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for severe weather. The thunderstorm activity is expected to transition into light to moderate rainfall that should persist through much of the day Tuesday. Rainfall amounts range from 0.50″-1.
