Jay Slater sent a haunting final message to his friend, but it wasn't delivered until after his heartbreaking death.

The 19 year old disappeared whilst on holiday in Tenerife last year after attending a music festival with his friends.

An extensive search operation was launched in a bid to locate Jay after he was reported missing on June 17, 2024.

Tragically, Jay's body was only discovered in a remote location near the village of Masca nearly a month later on 15 July.

The hunt for Jay revealed he had disappeared after being taken roughly 22 miles into the mountains to an Airbnb with two men he had encountered during the holiday.
