OVERTON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Overton County Sheriff's Office have arrested Payton Wayne Nations, 27, for the murder of Isaiah and Christina Hawkins.

Isaiah and Christina were found deceased from gunshot wounds outside a residence on the 100 block of Freeman Drive in Rickman, Tennessee, on Sunday morning, according to TBI.

The TBI and OCSC obtained a warrant for Nations, who was later located and arrested in Putnam County by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Nations was transported to the Overton County Jail and booked on a $40 million bond, according to TBI. He is facing two counts of first degree murder.
