(WJW) -- The dry spell has officially ended at 16 days! As of 5 p.m. Sunday, 0.08″ of rain was officially recorded in Cleveland.
Most of Monday morning will be dry — a few spotty showers, but nothing widespread. The coverage of rain will increase in the afternoon and evening. Expect rain and a few storms by mid-afternoon and into the evening.
Despite the clouds and rain, Monday is still going to be warm and very muggy. Highs on Monday will be in the mid to upper 70s.
