A Russian combat engineering vehicle that incorporates features to protect it in the event of a nuclear strike has been destroyed in a drone attack, according to Ukraine's military.

Ukraine's 412th Nemesis Unmanned Systems Regiment reported that it had hit a Russian ІМR-3М obstacle clearing vehicle for the first time in a year and for only the third time since the start of the full-scale invasion.

In a Telegram post, the regiment described the destroyed Russian vehicle, which is equipped with a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear reconnaissance device, as a "tracked terminator."

Newsweek has contacted the Russian defense ministry for comment.
