Shamima Begum fled the United Kingdom when she was just 15 to become a bride in the Islamic State death cult.

Now, effectively stateless and living in a compound for the exiled foreign women of ISIS, the young fanatic is reportedly unrepentant and remains committed to jihad.

During an interview with British media, Begum was described as appearing “pale and thin.” Now 26, she ran away to Syria with two of her girlfriends in 2015.

Ten days after her arrival, she became a child bride to an Islamic convert from Holland. The pair had three children who all died as infants. Begum was stripped of her British citizenship in 2019, rendering her stateless.
