MADISON – Last weekend was not a total loss for the Wisconsin Badger s football program.

Donovan Dunmore , a 6-foot, 185-pound cornerback from Fresno, California, announced his commitment to the Badgers on Sept. 22. He was in attendance for the Badgers’ 27-10 loss to Maryland on Saturday as part of his official visit.

Dunmore committed to Oregon State in June but in announcing his commitment to the Badgers announced his decommitment from the Beavers.

Dunmore is considered a three-star prospect by 247sports, Rivals and On3.

He is the 15 th players in the Badgers' 2026 class but just the second cornerback.
