FOX 35 Storm Team Meteorologist Brooks Garner gives us a look at the latest developments in the tropics as Hurricane Gabrielle is expected to rapidly strengthen. Garner is also looking at two other disturbances in the Atlantic.

What we know:
In its 9 a.m. update, the NHC said Gabrielle was about 195 miles southeast of Bermuda. The hurricane is currently moving north-northwest at 10 mph.
