Police and paramedics have raced to a busy Edinburgh road after a woman was struck by a car.
Around 6.30pm on Monday, September 22, police were made aware of a crash on Corstorphine Bank Drive.
A woman was struck by a car and her condition is unknown at this time. Emergency services remain in attendance at the incident across from The Prahna Indian Grill.
It's understood traffic is building, with locals warned to avoid the area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6.30pm on Monday, 22 September, police received a report of a woman being struck by a car in Corstorphine Bank Drive, Edinburgh.
"Police are in attendance and SAS have been informed."
