SEATTLE — Nearly 100,000 bags of frozen shrimp have been recalled by a Seattle-based company over potential contamination.

Aqua Star recalled thousands of bags of three different products because they may have been contaminated with cesium-137, according to a release from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Friday.

The affected products include:

• Kroger Raw Colossal EZ Peel Shrimp (2 lbs) — sold in blue-topped bags with Best If Used By dates ranging from March 26 to April 24, 2027

• Kroger Mercado Cooked Medium Peeled Tail-Off Shrimp (2 lbs) — sold in green-striped packaging with Best If Used By dates between Oct. 22 and 23, 2027

• AquaStar Raw Peeled Tail-on Shrimp Skewers (1.25 lbs) — sold in printed bags with Best If Used By dates between Nov. 7 and Nov. 15, 2027
