As Nashua Police and the Attorney General’s Office continue to investigate the Saturday night shooting incident that left one person dead and six others injured at Sky Meadow Country Club, the alleged shooter waived formal arraignment Monday on the charge of second-degree murder in a court proceeding that lasted under five minutes.
Hunter Nadeau, 23, whose address is listed in court documents as 1 Bittersweet Road, a condo off Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, listened to the brief proceedings in the Ninth Circuit Court in Nashua via video from Valley Street jail in Manchester, where he is being held without bail.
