(WTVO) — Although ABC has announced that “Jimmy Kimmel Live!" will return to the airwaves Tuesday, Charlie Kirk's "Turning Point USA" is urging ABC affiliates to not carry the show.

“Nextstar and Sinclair do not have to make the same choice,” Andrew Kolvet, "Turning Point USA" spokesman tweeted Monday.

Kolvet was also a producer for Charlie Kirk's podcast.

“Disney and ABC caving and allowing Kimmel back on the air is not surprising, but it’s their mistake to make,” Kolvet contined on X.

As of his report, Nexstar has not announced whether it will bring Kimmel's show back Tuesday.
