LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — An organization formed to track Arkansas legislative bills files ethics complaints against some of the state's top lawmakers and multiple political action committees.

The group, ArkLeg Bill Tracker, says its co-founders, Janie Ginocchio and Scott Perkins, filed a series of ethics complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission against Atty. Gen. Tim Griffin, Lt. Gov. Leslie Rutledge, Secretary of State Cole Jester, State Rep. David Ray (R-Maumelle), Base Point PAC, Jobs and Growth PAC and Gilmore Strategy Group PAC.

According to ArkLeg Bill Tracker, the complaints allege a pattern of conduct that includes illegally excessive campaign contributions, money laundering through PACs, the misuse of taxpayer-funded resources for political purposes and the payment
