ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Police are investigating after multiple motorists on I-44 reported damage to their vehicles Monday morning from large rocks thrown from the Jamieson Avenue overpass.

“Something hit my car, and it shook me. It was loud,” said Sarah Morice.

Morice was on her way to work when she drove under the Jamieson overpass around 6 a.m. and a large rock hit the roof of her Toyota Camry.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, six victims reported damage from rocks or large objects hitting their vehicles between 5:50 a.m. and 6 a.m. Police said none of the victims could provide a description of the suspect because it was dark at the time.
