Offered through JLL Agribusiness, the scale high-rainfall operation Rocky Creek offers opportunities for breeding, backgrounding, and cropping with the potential for renewable energy and carbon projects.

The aggregation, which is located 56km north east of Inverell and traversed by namesake Rocky Creek Road, comprises four original holdings and features red and black basalt soils.

About 38 per cent of the aggregation is arable and is well described as "excellent oats country".
