NATIONWIDE – Western United Fish Company has recalled more than 3,300 pounds of ahi tuna sold under the Kirkland brand at Costco in 33 states including Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
The recall was initiated due to listeria contamination concerns linked to a green onion supplier.
The affected products have a package date of September 18 and a sell-by date of September 22. No illnesses have been reported so far.
Customers are advised to discard the affected products and visit their local Costco for a full refund.
