SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Federal charges have been filed against 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez Santana, following a shooting incident at the KXTV/ABC 10 station.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Hernandez Santana fired shots at the station on September 19. He initially shot into the air from a location within a school zone and later fired three shots into the station's lobby. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Law enforcement discovered troubling notes during a search of Hernandez Santana's home and vehicle. Officials stated that there was a weekly planner attached to the refrigerator in his home. Under “Friday,” there was a handwritten note that stated, “Do the Next Scary Thing.”
