The good news is, our severe weather risk for the day has pushed farther west. We are no longer in a severe weather risk for the day, as a result. That said, a few spotty showers and isolated thunderstorms are possible, particularly later this afternoon but they will not be widespread and will not pose a severe weather risk.
Due to less cloud cover and less rain, we will be warmer today with high temperatures rising to nearly 90.
Wednesday is the heavy-hitter of the week with a level 1/5 severe weather risk in effect for each one of us. Multiple rounds of rain and storms will stay with us throughout the day. The first round of storms will push into The Shoals around 5am and continue to track east through the morning. This will be followed by another round of rain and storms in the aftern
