JIMMY Kimmel’s show will not be shown on all ABC channels across the US when it returns to television screens on Tuesday.

The late night program had been suspended after the comic caused controversy over comments made about conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s suspected assassin.

Kimmel sparked fury among some when he baselessly claimed that Tyler Robinson was a MAGA supporter and accused Trump’s fanbase of trying to capitalize on the shooting .

Jimmy Kimmel Live! will return to the air tonight , but not all viewers will get to watch the show.

Sinclair Broadcasting Group, which owns 39 ABC affiliate channels, will not be showing Tuesday’s episode.
