PLACER COUNTY, Calif. —

An overturned big rig in Placer County is causing traffic delays along Interstate 80.

The California Highway Patrol Auburn division said the big rig is blocking a westbound lane and the freeway on-ramp at West Paoli Lane.

There is no estimated time of reopening. CHP traffic logs list the crash as non-injury.

It is not known what led to the big rig overturning. Work is underway to upright the vehicle and clear the road.

Motorists are expected to experience delays if traveling in the area.
