TAYLOR Swift has been granted protection from a reported stalker who showed up at her home multiple times claiming the star singer had his child.

But despite being called to court and slapped with the restraining order, ex-convict Brian Jason Wagon reportedly cannot be found anywhere.

The 45-year-old Colorado native has officially been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Cruel Summer singer for five years, according to a restraining order that was granted on Monday.

He's now forbidden from contacting Swift in person or digitally, and also isn't allowed to own any firearms, ammunition, or body armor, the order states.
