BATAVIA - As Batavia police investigate an incident that happened during Friday night's Homecoming Game at VanDetta Stadium, the district is changing the rules for attending school-sponsored events there.

The Board of Education didn't specify details of the incident at Monday's meeting. President John Reigle said, Superintendent Jason Smith and the board proposed an immediate update to district policy on student attendance at district events.
