LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Lansing Parks and Recreation, in collaboration with Michigan State University’s Community Integrated Medicine, is offering free health screenings for seniors this Wednesday at the Schmidt Community Center.

Screenings will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and will include:

Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement

Heart and lung evaluations

Blood pressure checks

Vision tests

Blood sugar assessments

Nutrition counseling

And more

The event is open to anyone 50 years or older. To register, call 517-483-6685.
