STILLWATER, Okla. (KAKE) - After 20 years at the helm of the Oklahoma State Cowboys football program, head coach Mike Gundy has been fired.

ESPN reports that the 58-year-old head coach and Oklahoma native was fired a day after he told reporters that he "100 percent" intended on remaining head coach after this season.
