A new lawsuit alleges that Hallmark star Mike Heslin died in July 2024 days after restaurant staff at a Las Vegas establishment prevented lifesaving measures during a medical emergency, Page Six reports.

The suit, filed by Heslin’s husband Scotty Dynamo on Sept. 18, claims that employees at Javier’s at the Aria Hotel blocked attempts to perform CPR on the actor.

According to documents obtained by Daily Mail , Dynamo contends that the “Lioness” actor showed “obvious signs of a medical emergency,” but restaurant staff not only failed to help but “forcefully interfered” when a nearby diner tried to perform CPR.
