Local professional services provider 3LS Inc. announced Tuesday the launch of 3LS Professional Services and named Shannon Litton as its chief executive officer

The move comes after 3LS announced in February it had acquired Brentwood-based digital marketing firm 5by5 Agency for an undisclosed sum (read here ). Relatedly, 3LS earlier this month acquired ESOP (employee stock ownership plan) advisory firm 40 Million Owners.

Litton had served as CEO of 5by5.

According to a release, the creation of 3LS Professional Services brings the number of companies and brands operating under the 3LS umbrella to 18.

3LS Professional Services will provide marketing, public relations and communications, digital strategy and ESOP advisory consulting.
