Tulsa City-County Library (TCCL) is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month through October 15 with free programming. The activities range from outdoor festivals and children's crafts to book clubs and family movie nights.

TCCL is also using this month to highlight its Hispanic Resource Center inside the Martin Regional Library. The center was founded in 1999 to meet the educational and cultural needs of Tulsa's Hispanic community. For more information, visit .
