FREEPORT, Ill. — A Rockford immigration attorney is hosting a talk on immigration rights.

Sara Dady will give a presentation to the League of Women Voters at the Freeport Public Library on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The presentation is called "A Failing Immigration System".

Dady works at Dady Law Group of Rockford and is described as "an experienced attorney with an activist's passion for her work".

Dady will cover immigration law history and remind attendees what their rights are when it comes to the laws. She says the event is geared toward anyone, regardless of their immigration status.

The event was announced on Sept. 9.
