COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - The University of Vermont on Tuesday ushered in a new era of innovation, offering entrepreneurs a way to kickstart their research.

Biolabs, a worldwide company that offers lab space for rent, on Tuesday opened its new BioLabs Innovation Center in Colchester.

“We’re going to bring together insights and people that have not been able to connect with each other before,” said UVM President Marlene Tromp.

John Milligan works for the Honey Pot, a popular brand for women’s health and menstrual products.
