SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, California (KOLO) - Heavenly Village Cinema will be closing its doors after 20 years.

Theater management says their decision reflects changes in the movie industry over the years, including the rapid growth of streaming services, on-demand digital platforms, and the impact of COVID on theaters.
