A Rexburg man was sentenced to prison in the Bonneville County Courthouse on Sept. 15 after pleading guilty to two counts of possessing child pornography.

Kyle Jefferey Allan, 19, signed a plea agreement in May with the Idaho Attorney General's Office in which 10 other counts of the same felony charge were dismissed, according to court records. Each charge is punishable up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
