AUBURN, Ala. (WHNT) — Next season, the Southeastern Conference is changing to a nine-game conference schedule.

On Tuesday, the SEC revealed which three teams the Auburn Tigers will be facing annually and who their conference opponents will be for the next three seasons.

Annually, the Tigers will face Alabama, Georgia and Vanderbilt.

Under the new SEC format, each school in the conference will play every other SEC school at least once every two years, and every opponent home and away over four years. The conference said that it tried its best to preserve rivalries when reformatting.
