KILLEEN, Texas — At a meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 23, the Killeen ISD Board of Trustees reviewed the timeline for required turnaround plans at three middle schools that have received “unacceptable” ratings from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) for three consecutive years.
Manor, Palo Alto and Eastern Hills middle schools all earned D or F grades under the TEA’s most recent accountability ratings, placing them under state intervention requirements.
