LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - TARC revealed its new network for the Louisville transit system.

TARC released the final recommendations from the TARC 2025 planning process. The new TARC network includes major changes to most TARC bus routes and schedules. It includes where TARC buses go and how often they come.

TARC said downtown transfers will be faster and smoother, thanks to a new timed-transfer hub or “pulse” system. It’s the first time this will be used in the history of TARC.

Officials said the changes will mean a simpler and more efficient bus network to offer for more frequent service.
