Point Pleasant Boro, No. 7 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated Toms River South 9-0 in Point Pleasant behind two goals each from Haley Fox and Emily Paolella.

Additionally, Codi Damerau and Sophia Prendeville each added a goal and assist, while Natalie Anderson, Elisabeth Miele and Aubree Piemonte rounded out the scoring for Point Pleasant Boro.

Grace Brubaker recorded 12 saves for Toms River South.

Point Pleasant Boro (7-1) extended its winning streak to five games and will travel to Manasquan on Wednesday, while Toms River South (1-4-1) will host Toms River North on Thursday.
