Immigration and Customs Enforcement is trying to lure local police to come work for them.

In an ad specifically targeting Albuquerque police that ran several times this weekend during local college football and NFL broadcasts, a narrator criticizes "sanctuary city" policies that, he says, make it impossible for police to do their jobs and urges officers to join ICE, saying they will be able to go after violent criminals and touting generous signup bonuses and other incentives.

ICE has been running near-identical ads in numerous other blue cities; according to reports on social media, the ads have also been spotted in Boston, Chicago and Seattle, among other places.
