GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - The tables have turned in the past year for North Central Florida’s housing market.

Florida Realtors released their numbers on Tuesday for August, and it is showing a negative trend across the board for homes sold in the Gainesville and Ocala markets.

Prices also dropped slightly by comparison.

Similar to the July report, the average sales price of a home in Florida remains at $410,000.
