Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed optimism about India’s stance on the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war. In an interview with Fox News, Zelenskyy affirmed that New Delhi was “mostly on our side”.

He underscored the importance of strengthening ties with India, while also acknowledging the challenges related to New Delhi ’s energy ties with Moscow.

“I think India is mostly with us. We have these questions with energy, but I think President Trump can manage it. With the Europeans make closer and stronger relations with India,” Zelenskyy said.
