RI doesn't have a single Costco. Here are the closest MA and CT stores

There are more than 600 Costco locations in the United States .

And none of them are in Rhode Island.

Earlier this year, the cult-favorite bulk retailer opened a location in Sharon, Massachusetts , which become the closest Costco for many Rhode Islanders. The Costco in Sharon is off Interstate 95, about 25 miles from downtown Providence. Both of Rhode Island's neighbors – Connecticut and Massachusetts – have multiple Costco warehouses. Connecticut has eight locations, while Massachusetts has seven.
