Along with a popular fast-food burger spot , another national chain known for its handhelds will join the roster of restaurants at a new development in Bradenton.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop will be one of the tenants at SeaFlower Village Center, which recently held a groundbreaking at its location south of the intersection of Cortez Road West and 75th Street West, according to a press release.

It would be the sandwich shop's first Bradenton location and its second in Sarasota-Manatee, after opening earlier this year at 1635 S. Tamiami Trail, across the street from Sarasota Memorial Hospital and next to Buffalo Wild Wings Go.
