ALLIANCE, Neb. (KOLN) - An Alliance man was arrested on Monday following a child sexual assault investigation.

On Saturday, the Alliance Police Department received a report from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regarding allegations of child sexual abuse involving an Alliance man.

Officers, in coordination with DHHS, initiated a joint investigation into the suspected abuse of multiple children. Forensic interviews were conducted, and investigators established probable cause to issue three arrest warrants for the third-degree sexual assault of a child, police said.

As a result, 25-year-old TooFeathers Bueno was taken into custody on Monday without incident. He is currently being held at the Box Butte County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
