One person is dead and two people are in critical condition after a shooting at an ICE field office in Dallas Wednesday morning, according to the Dallas Police Department. The shooter is dead, they said.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons confirmed the shooting during an interview on CNN on Wednesday, saying the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Dallas police said officers responded to an assist officer call at the facility around 6:40 a.m. The suspect opened fire at a government building from an adjacent building, DPD said. Two people were taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds and one person died at the scene.

No ICE agents were shot, a source told CBS News Texas’ Ken Molestina.
