New Delhi: India has taken a significant step in its bid to host the 2030 Commonwealth Games by formally presenting its proposal to the Evaluation Committee of Commonwealth Sport. The presentation, held on Tuesday, was made by a team of Indian officials, including members of the Indian Olympic Association and central and state government representatives. The delegation was led by Harsh Sanghavi, Minister of Sports, Government of Gujarat, and PT Usha, President of the Commonwealth Games Association (CGA) India.
