“You can see patches of grass but the rest of it was just all yellow,” said Lisa Martin, who welcomed us into her backyard.
It had a fresh coat of dirt down to re-do the lawn, partially because of how dry its been. She’s starting at square one.
“We had to do the whole lawn over,” she said.
