A new brewery, wine bar, and dining experience is about to breathe new life into one of Tanunda’s oldest buildings. Launching as a collaboration between Rehn Bier, Forage Supply Co., and renowned chef Kane Boase, Old Mill Brew is the latest destination to stir up excitement in the Barossa.
Josh Helbig from Rehn Bier said the location had been calling to him for years.
“I’ve seen the buildings growing up in the Barossa. We were looking to bring our brewery tap to the main street, and this 170-year-old site became available. It’s pretty iconic,” he said.
Stage one of the venue is already complete, with the team transforming the old flour mill into a 250-square-metre space.
