WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 33-year-old Watertown man is facing charges after allegedly waving knives at another man at a local downtown Watertown business.
According to the Watertown Police Department. they arrested Xavier Mantock and charged him with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
Authorities were called around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to DB's Barbershop on Public Square.
Police allege that Mantock displayed two knives with wooden handles. The complaint added that Mantock allegedly told a man that "he was going to slice him up."
Mantock was arraigned and released, while an order of protection was given for the alleged victim.
