LISBON, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 31-year-old Lisbon man is facing charges for allegedly trespassing and brandishing a knife.
The New York State Police charged Andrew Jensen with second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal trespass after an alleged incident that occurred Monday afternoon.
Authorities responded to a menacing complaint just after 1:30 p.m. on Monday, September 22 on County Route 10 in Lisbon.
A subsequent investigation allegedly revealed that Jensen entered the victim's property without permission. When the victim confronted him, Jensen brandished a knife.
Jensen then allegedly fled the scene. However, he was later located and arrested. Jensen was transported to the state police station in Ogdensburg for processing and subsequently arraigned at the Town of Lisbon Court, where
