ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis City Alderwoman Laura Keys was shot at while driving on Tuesday.

Keys told First Alert 4 she was driving on Fair Avenue between Green Lea and Lee, headed to the St. Louis Central Patrol station for a police barbecue, when a shot was fired in her direction. She said she did not know if it was a targeted attack or if it was random.

St. Louis police confirmed to First Alert 4 that Keys had filed a police report.
