BROOKVILLE, Pa. (WETM) — A Bath man was arrested in September on numerous felony charges after police said he traveled across state lines to try to engage in sexual acts with a person he believed was an underage girl.

Michael Harold Ellis, 45, of Bath, was arrested on Tuesday, Sept. 16, on the following charges: • Two counts of statutory sexual assault, both grade one felonies. • Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, a grade one felony. • Aggravated indecent assault, a grade two felony. • Corruption of minors, a grade three felony. • Criminal use of a communication facility, a grade three felony. • indecent assault, a grade two misdemeanor.
